I am an artist from Zurich who primarily works with music and video. In my work, I celebrate everyday life. I search for stories in my daily experiences, and play with their placement in artistic contexts. Besides my interest in documenting the seemingly ordinary and the intimate, other recurring themes in my art are relationships, especially between humans and dogs, and how I deal with grief, loss and identity. I like to playfully engage with language: in my videos through the use of subtitles, and in my music through song lyrics.

Oriel (2025)
video, sound, 8 minutes, loop
After a year full of grief, loss and finding identity, I moved to Cologne for 6 months in 2025, a city I had never been to before, where nobody knew me and where I was truly alone for the first time in my life. The works (Green Room, Oriel, (not a) tourist, (0.4 part of a green wall)) I showed during Art Basel 2025 as part of the finalists of the Kiefer Hablitzel Göhner Art Prize revolve around my everyday life in this new living situation and thus, above all, around my sublet room, in which loneliness, self-contemplation, discoveries and sadness find their places. The two videos are the main component: ‘Green Room’, my room, a place that symbolises a green room for me; a space for preparation, rest, introspection and excitement, and ‘Oriel’, my bay window where my inner world meets the outside; my surroundings, my routes and the people and animals I encounter.
In addition, the Kölsch glasses (‘(not a) tourist)’) show themselves as fragments, important components of my life in this new city, and the mural (‘(0.4 of a green wall)’), the potential to find a new home in a different place.
